Is it possible to experience "happy" and "unhappy" at the same time? Wouldn't they cancel each other out? Or do they get compartmentalized (which doesn't happen with anger - I know if I experience anger, I am completely angry).
Just want to hear your thoughts out there.

I think its possible to feel both at the same time about different things. I've often felt happy, then brought down when I think about something else that makes me unhappy... Its about what I choose to have at the fore front of my mind that helps me keep my mood steady...
Same thing though, when I'm angry - it gets extreme....
Speaking of.. I need some advice on how to handle Mike's friend's wife....
Of course it's possible.
It's how you manage it, is the true factor.
